Whether you're starting up a business or need a safe place to store your funds, The First National Bank of Dryden has a selection of accounts to choose from.  Thinking of investing?  You might want to consider a Certificate of Deposit or an Individual Retirement Account.  These accounts will meet the individual needs of our customers and investors.

Free Regular Checking Account (Direct Deposit)

For those accounts that receive net pay or regular government pension checks directly deposited into the account through an electronic network.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $5.oo to open this account.

Rate Information - Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.

Frequency of rate changes - we may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Determination of rate - At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every month.  Interest will be credited to your account  every month..

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $5.00 plus $.30 per check, ACH debit or NetTeller account transfer will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $1,000.00 any day of the cycle.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on non cash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Free Senior Account (Age 50 or Over)

Minimum balance to open the account- You must deposit $5.00 to open this account.

Health Savings Account

Rate Information- Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.  Frequency of rate changes -  We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Determination of rate -  At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every month.  Interest will be credited to your account every month.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account.  This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on noncash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Fees: There is a set-up charge of $20.00 per account, with 40 checks free.

Free Regular Checking Account

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $5.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $5.00 plus $.30 per check, ACH debit or NetTeller account transfer will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $500.00 any day of the cycle.

Transaction limitations - You may make an unlimited number of deposits without incurring any additional charge.

Additional Features - A withdrawal shall be deemed to be made when it is recorded on our books, which is not necessarily the date that you initiated the transaction.

Christmas Club Account

Rate Information- Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.  Frequency of rate changes -  We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Determination of rate -  At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded annually.  Interest will be credited to your account annually.  At the end of the club year, the funds in the account will be mailed to you by check.

Effect of closing an account - If you close your account before interest is credited, you will not receive the accrued interest.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $2.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $2.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account.  This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on noncash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Transaction limitations: No withdrawals are allowed on this account until club maturity.  Uncompleted clubs will be assessed a $2.00 service charge, and all interest will be forfeited.

Regular Passbook Savings Account

Rate Information - Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.

Frequency of rate changes - we may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Determination of rate - At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every quarter.  Interest will be credited to your account  every quarter.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $5.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $50.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on non cash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Transaction limitations - Transfers from a Regular Passbook Savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer are limited to six per calendar month with no transfers by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties.

MMI-Regular Account (Money Market)

Rate Information- Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.  Frequency of rate changes -  We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every month.  Interest will be credited to your account every month.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge of $3.00 will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $5,000.00 any day of the cycle.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account.  This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on noncash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Transaction limitations: Transfers from an MMI-Regular account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized automatic, telephone, or computer transfer or by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties are limited to six per calendar month.

Statement Savings Account

Rate Information - Your interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.

Frequency of rate changes - we may change the interest rate on your account at any time.

Determination of rate - At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on your account.

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every month.  Interest will be credited to your account  every month.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $5.00 to open this account.

Minimum balance to avoid imposition of fees - A service charge fee of $1.00 plus $.50 per debit item in excess of three per month will be imposed every statement cycle if the balance in the account falls below $300.00 any day of the cycle.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $50.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on non cash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Transaction limitations - Transfers from a Statement Savings account to another account or to third parties by preauthorized, automatic, telephone, or computer transfer are limited to six per calendar month with no transfers by check, draft, debit card, or similar order to third parties.

IRA Account (Regular IRA or Golden IRA)

Compounding and crediting frequency - Interest will be compounded every quarter.  Interest will be credited to your account every quarter.

Minimum balance to open the account - You must deposit $5.00 (Regular IRA) or $100,000.00 (Golden IRA) to open this account.

Minimum balance to obtain the annual percentage yield disclosed - You must maintain a minimum balance of $5.00 (Regular IRA) or $100,000.00 (Golden IRA) in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield.

Daily balance computation method - We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account.  This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

Accrual of interest on noncash deposits - Interest begins to accrue on the business day you deposit non cash items (for example, checks).

Transaction limitations: This account requires the passbook for withdrawals.  The account is subject to IRS regulations governing IRA accounts.

Certificate of Deposit / IRA Certificate of Deposit

_Rate Information (fixed rate account) - The interest rate on your account is _% with an annual percentage yield of _%.  You will be paid this rate until first maturity.

Transaction limitations - You may not make any deposits into your account before maturity.  You may make withdrawals of principal from your account before maturity only if we agree at the time you request the withdrawal.  Principal withdrawn before maturity is included in the amount subject to early withdrawal penalty.  You can only withdraw interest credited in the term before maturity of that term without penalty.  You can withdraw interest only on crediting dates.
